OneEgg in Haiti

In Haiti, OneEgg’s impact has grown through its partnerships with schools and nonprofits who have cultivated relationships in various areas of the country to enable the delivery of eggs. Over the last four years, OneEgg has partnered with the In His Hands Orphan Outreach, Aid Still Required, the Community School of Bellevue, Nouvelle Horizons Orphanage, Fontamara School, the Touch Global Crises Response and the Alliance Community School to cultivate a unique ecosystem to provide more eggs to more children. Each of these organizations helps to surround the next generation with an environment focused on strengthening the children’s diets and learning. To do this, the organizations each contribute a different form of support - educational programs to pre-college students, language fluency classes, spiritual growth friendships and highly nutritious eggs. Through these outlets, at risk children experience a supportive, safe home which is focused on a life-giving family environment as well as fun through movie nights.

This unified effort raises adoption awareness and support for children in orphanages. Additionally, the RICUCC church continues to support individual school sponsorships and support healthcare staff. In each area, team members have considered how to direct income from chickens to pay for student tuition as well as creating a nutrition program for children.
